Naked Palette 1 | Review
I am blogging everyday in June and I have planned what posts I will be publishing each day... so exciting, I'm really looking forward to do this. There will be some days where the blog posts will not be so lengthy and other days they will be more quality/photos :)
I thought I would start my first June post with the classic Naked Palette.
I'm late to review this, but last year I decided to invest in a Naked Palette I thought it was about time I joined the hype and experience these beautiful eyeshadows. As most people have said these palettes are amazing and are the ultimate source for your eyes, I do have to agree they are highly pigmented, long lasting and easy to blend.

The packaging is unique and different, I know the Naked 2 & 3 palettes are tin, however I quite like the packaging being material, it just seems different and more of a luxury. It has a small sized mirror which is lovely if you are away and will not have to pack a mirror. Plus, I use this mirror every time I use the palette.
I am loving all the colours in this palette, there are a range of colours from browns to greys and I feel this is a palette people would buy who want different colours. This palette is a good starting point to somebody's make up collection.
I think many have pointed out that the palette has more sparkly and shiny shades more than the matte, but then again I think this goes on people's preferences. The reason I wanted to purchase this palette is because it has more shiny/sparkly shades, I'm not so keen on matte shades.

I always think doing a swatch or demonstrating the colours helps people see how good products are. I have blended these with the brush that was sent with the palette, they are perfectly blended but you can clearly see the sparkle, how they blend and highly pigmented they are.
My personal favourite shades from this collection are: Half Baked, Sidecar, Smog, Toasted and Gunmetal... these shades just seem to stand out and speak to me haha. But I use the other ones like the matte, pale/dark ones to contour or blend the eyeshadows in one.
Overall, I feel the Naked Palette 1 is worth investing... they are £38.00 which seems expensive but it is worth spending it if you are a make up lover or want to express your eye look a bit more. I'm thinking of buying the Naked Palette 3 because I feel the number 2 palette is very similar to Naked 1.
