Avon | Mark Big & Multiplied Volume Mascara

It feels like I have not reviewed an Avon product in a while, so I thought I would review the latest voluminous mascara!

The mascara is in a modern and black and white case. It has a thick and black cap with a silver/mirror section on top and does not slip out of your hand when you are applying it to your eyelashes.

The brush/applicator is perfect; it is not too thin or thick. You can create thicker or natural eyelashes with this mascara. It is quite a subjective mascara! The brush separates lashes effectively, which stops your lashes being clumped together with mascara.

The mascara is moist and not too wet. Some mascaras I have bought in the past have either been too cry or overly wet. When you apply this mascara, your lashes will not look dried out or too moist.

I have been using this mascara for a while and it does not flake. It is long lasting. If you are putting your make up on early in the morning around 8am, your lashes will still look voluminous and lovely around 7/8pm at night.

Personally, this mascara and packaging from Avon is even better than their previous Big & Daring mascara as you cannot tell you have mascara on. Your eyelashes look natural as well as voluminous and bold. I feel this mascara is perfect if you are wanting a natural or smoky eye look. It is the ideal mascara for everyday or going out. If you are wanting to achieve a bold and heavy eye make up look, I would advise you to add a few extra coats of mascara to enhance your lashes. Since I do not always like to have heavy make up on my eyes, I usually just have one or two coats. The mascara does not feel heavy and is rather lightweight. In my opinion, this mascara brings all my make up look together and gives me confidence in myself. The only thing I would say is that this mascara is better for your top lashes than bottom lashes because of the thick brush. It still makes your bottom lashes look pretty but a thinner applicator for my bottom lashes is better.

For some people, they might want the mascara to be waterproof. However, I do not like using waterproof mascaras because I find they are more difficult to remove.

In the future campaign 14, the mascara costs £8.50. This is really inexpensive and affordable compared to other branded mascaras. Keep an eye out because sometimes it might be on offer or half price.

Overall review of the mascara:
Lightweight
Does not clump or flake
Extends lashes
A great everyday as well as a going out mascara
Lasts 8-12 hours
Modern packaging
Inexpensive

Love always,
P/A x
